The City of Mississauga has received a Development Application submission from the landowners at 2185-2215 Sheridan Park Drive. The proposal is for two infill rental apartment buildings on this property, proposed as 18 & 21-storeys in height which will provide over 400 new purpose-built rental apartments. The two existing 14-storey and one 17-storey rental buildings will remain. This meeting is being held to allow the applicant and City to hear the thoughts from residents on these proposed changes early in the planning process.

 To ensure the community is well‑informed and has an opportunity to share feedback, a Community Open House will be held on June 17th from 6pm to 7:30pm at Wellbrook Place. This session will give residents the chance to learn more about the proposal, ask questions, and engage directly with the builders.

All community members are encouraged to attend and participate in shaping the future of their neighbourhood.
